No problem, you have the right to refuse. But if every photo will be signed "Photo by orcalover109 used with the permission" do not you agree? I will not break the law, my site is very popular and polished
Hey. Your photos are very amazing. I jealous you that you can watch these magnificent animals every day. I unfortunately live in Poland where we have not any orcas and dolphins.(Only two sea lions and 5 seals in our ZOO) I have a great, great request, can I use your photos to write my page? Please!!

And thank you for your request. I'm sorry but I'm not letting anyone use my pictures for other sites unless I already know that person. Many of my pictures are taken from other sites and used for sites of which I don't approve. I just don't have the time to chase people around the internet and have my pictures removed, so I have decided to not let my pictures be posted by others ... sorry.
